I’m Delsey, the heart behind Petal Story. I’ve been a florist for over six years and created Petal Story from a deep love of floral design and the joy of making wedding days feel as dreamy and romantic as possible.

Based north of Melbourne, I run a studio florist dedicated to crafting thoughtful, timeless floral stories that celebrate love, nature, and individuality. Every arrangement I create is inspired by romance, texture, and the natural beauty of seasonal blooms.

My love for flowers began in regional Victoria ,in my mother’s garden when I was a child. I was always by her side, planting new flowers, tending to the garden, and even helping with the weeding. It’s where I spent most of my childhood, happily outside in nature.

The garden felt like a little world of its own. With its soft, romantic, English-garden feel, it was the perfect place for a growing imagination. I would spend hours playing among the flowers or sitting quietly drawing them, completely captivated by their beauty.

Those early moments in the garden planted the first seeds of my connection to flowers, something that continues to inspire the way I design and create today.
