How Does the Booking Process Work?
To get started, we recommend gathering some inspiration images that reflect the theme, colours, and floral styles you love for your event.
Once we’ve received your inspiration images, we’ll arrange a 30 minute phone consultation to chat through the finer details. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision so we can provide an accurate estimate. Think of the estimate as a draft version of your final invoice.
If you're happy with the estimate, you can accept it and we’ll convert it into a formal invoice. A deposit will then secure your date.
Please note:
- Estimates are valid for 30 days.
- Invoices are valid for 7 days.
- We cannot reserve your date until the deposit is received.
Payment Details:
- A 40% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining 60% is due 6 weeks before your event.
